In April 2024, housing sales in Windsor and Essex County decreased for the first time this year. Sales dropped by 10.29% compared to March 2023, with 401 properties sold. Despite the decline, sales in the first quarter were up by 2.56%. The average price also decreased by 1.32% to $563,309.
